Owner/User Procured For School Building In Coral Springs

Todd Weaver_500X500Weaver Morrison Commercial Real Estate Principal Todd H. Weaver, in conjunction with Gerri A. Weits of National School Developers, represented the seller and buyer in the acquisition of a ±21,238-square-foot school building on 3.12 acres in Coral Springs, Florida.

North Broward Preparatory Schools, LLC sold the property located at 10044 NW 31st Street in Coral Springs to an owner/user for $5,500,000, equating to $259 per square foot.

The deal closed June 6.

The buyer, Academic Solutions Academy, Inc., will operate the property as a charter high school serving grades 9 through 12.

Todd Weaver_500X500Todd H. Weaver, Agent and Principal with Weaver Morrison Commercial Real Estate along with Gerri A. Weits with National School Developers represented the buyer, DLY, LLC, in the purchase of two buildings totaling ±20,316 square feet located at 3251 NW 101st Avenue in Coral Springs.

DLY, LLC paid $2,850,000 for the buildings.

The property and buildings will be utilized as an expansion for the Mesivta School of Coral Springs.

William Taussig of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, North Broward Preparatory Schools, LLC.
