Owner/User Procured For School Building In Coral Springs

Weaver Morrison Commercial Real Estate Principal Todd H. Weaver, in conjunction with Gerri A. Weits of National School Developers, represented the seller and buyer in the acquisition of a ±21,238-square-foot school building on 3.12 acres in Coral Springs, Florida.

North Broward Preparatory Schools, LLC sold the property located at 10044 NW 31st Street in Coral Springs to an owner/user for $5,500,000, equating to $259 per square foot.

The deal closed June 6.

The buyer, Academic Solutions Academy, Inc., will operate the property as a charter high school serving grades 9 through 12.
