John Marron is originally from upstate New York and moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1989.
Mr. Marron is quite familiar of the unique advantages and challenges that South Florida provides and his objective is to maximize value for his clients while keeping a close watch on South Florida’s real estate market.
Prior to joining Weaver·Morrison Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Marron worked at NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. as a Sales Associate where he worked alongside Franklin Morrison and Todd Weaver, the Principals at Weaver·Morrison Commercial Real Estate.
Mr. Marron is excited and grateful to be reunited with his former colleagues in their successful new company.
Mr. Marron worked in the restaurant sector prior to his current career in commercial real estate. He was able to leverage his personal associations in that business to help elevate his entry into commercial real estate.
Mr. Marron believes that money is the language of business and that the best strategy to maximize it for his clients is through long term relationships. He has achieved great success unleashing value for his
clients in several different commercial real estate product types such as industrial, multi-family and self-storage.
