Todd Weaver is a Principal at Weaver·Morrison Commercial Real Estate along with Franklin Morrison.

He is a Fort Lauderdale, FL native with deep roots in the community and has an insider’s knowledge of the local real estate industry.

Since 1994, Mr. Weaver’s commercial/industrial real estate sales and leasing expertise has served the tri-county South Florida marketplace as well as throughout the United States.

Prior to Weaver·Morrison Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Weaver worked at NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. that was originally incorporated in 1972 by his father George Weaver with Wayne Rauch and Joe Millsaps under the name Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co. Todd Weaver’s area of expertise in the commercial/industrial marketplace focuses on marketing his client’s properties and targeting prospective buyers and tenants likely to transact a purchase or lease for a specific property.

He has consistently performed throughout his career in the top tier of his peers, with impressive results of over $300 million in gross sales and leasing. For property owners his skills include the ability to educate each client about the current marketplace, customize a marketing plan for the property and maximize property sale prices or lease values. For buyers and tenant representations, Mr. Weaver has a unique skill set summarizing the existing marketplace with up-to-date information to help the client make the most informed decision for their business.

Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate profession, Mr. Weaver worked for a subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson (McNeil Consumer Products Co.) for six years and was consistently a top sales representative.

Mr. Weaver graduated from the University of Virginia and was a member of the University of Virginia Men’s swimming team (ACC Champion 1987).
