Prior to Weaver·Morrison Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Morrison worked at NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. as a Senior Associate specializing in commercial and industrial properties and was consistently a top producer. A trusted advisor to clients that include ExxonMobil, North Broward Hospital District, First Citizens Bank, Equity Residential and many others, Mr. Morrison helps clients navigate the ups and down of the commercial real estate market with ease, creating value through the repositioning and rebranding of their assets, enabling him to serve clients with a variety of requirements.

Mr. Morrison has achieved great success with the industrial, multitenant, small bay warehouse product. As a result of these efforts he has assembled a substantial client list that significantly improves the marketing and sale of this product.

Throughout the years Mr. Morrison has served and held many positions with the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association and Society of Commercial Realtors of Fort Lauderdale, and served as the Society’s President in 2000.
